Our Design Team
ARCH. CHARLES DOMINIC TAPNIO
Principal Architect and Interior Designer
Architect Charles earned his degree from Technological University of the Philippines – Manila in 2023. He gained experience as an apprentice architect in Leandro V. Locsin Partners Company, from 2025 to 2028, working as a junior architect and later licensed architect for commercial and residential projects in 2025.
Arch. Charles is currently working freelance handling residential and commercial architectural design projects with his colleagues and block mates from TUP-Manila. Ar. Charles also pursue his master's degree in Interior Design from University of the Philippines - Diliman Campus.
ARCH. JUSTINE DAKANAY
Project Architect and Master Plumber
Architect Justine earned her degree from Technological University of the Philippines – Manila in 2023 and gained experience as an apprentice architect in JRSSJ Architect from 2023 to 2025. She earned her Architect License in 2026 and a Master Plumber License in 2027.
Today, she engages in freelance work handling residential and commercial architectural design projects with her classmates from TUP-Manila. Aside from freelance work, Architect Justine is currently pursuing her master’s degree in architecture from Technological University of the Philippines – Manila.
ARCH. MICHAEL SULLA
Project Architect and Interior Designer
Architect Michael earned his degree from Technological University of the Philippines – Manila in 2023. During that time, he assisted some local architects in design and drawing production. He gained experience as an apprentice architect in Casa + Architects, Inc. from 2023 to 2025, working as project architect and later licensed architect for commercial and residential projects in 2025.
Today, he engages in freelance work handling residential and commercial architectural design projects with his colleagues and block mates from TUP-Manila. Aside from freelance work, Ar. Michael also pursue his master's degree in architecture from University of Santo Tomas in Manila.
ARCH. GILLIAN NUELAN
Project Architect, Interior Designer and Landscape Architect
Gillian received her Degree in Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Technological University of the Philippines – Manila in 2023. She earned her license in 2025 after working with Arkiworx and Jose Ryan San Juan Architect as an apprentice assisting senior architects by organizing and producing presentations, timetables, and in interior renovation.
In the present year she engages in projects, handling interior and landscaping design of different residential and commercial projects with her fellow TUP- Manila graduates. And is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Landscape Architecture in UP College of Architecture.
ARCH. CHARISSA MAE OLIVA
Project Architect and Interior Designer
Architect Charissa acquired her degree in BS Architecture from Technological University of the Philippines – Manila in 2023. She developed her skills as an apprentice architect from 2023 to 2025 at AMD Architects. After becoming a licensed architect in 2026, she pursued working as project architect and earned experience in interior design and sustainable architecture in Liza Crespo Ecotecture Design Studio for residential and commercial projects.
In the present year she presently engages in freelance work, taking residential and commercial design projects with her fellow TUP-Manila graduates. Furthermore, Ar. Charissa also pursues her master’s degree in architecture from University of Santo Tomas in the City of Manila, Philippines.
